The Camel as Cow, a Cautionary Tale. An IHT story

A nice feature in the International Herald Tribune about a camel farm in the Netherlands.
The 26-year-old farmer Frank Smits in Cromvoirt saw an untapped market for camel milk in the increasing number of European immigrants from Somalia and Morocco, where camel milk has long been popular for its allegedly curative properties.
